The Chase RSP 1.0 frame was designed to be the highest standard for BMX racing.
We know not everyone needs this much performance in a BMX frame and the price may not be for everyone, but neither is winning.

Everyone who wants to win should join the Chase!

Chase RSP 1.0 Frames feature a double butted top tube, triple butted down tube, the chain stays and seat stays both utilize a special process known as muscle forming to give them both a unique look and give added strength and stiffness to round out and create one of the lightest and stiffest BMX frames available.

Chase is able to add these incredible features while remaining true to the traditional look of BMX racing while adding Chase Bicycles’ cutting edge racing performance.

The Hydroformed or tear drop shaped tubing that is on the RSP Frames are custom designed, radically shaped, and drawn aluminum alloy for weight savings and stiffness that help give optimal strength and rigidity to the Chase BMX frame. Hydroformed tubes have two main advantages. First, the narrow axis is a flatter surface, which can mean a lot more surface area to carry the load, like an I-beam with a wide flange, so it will be stiffer and stronger across the minor axis. Secondly, the deeper axis will be stiffer since the stiffness varies to the cube of the diameter, stronger to the square.

When using an oval shaped tube on a typical BMX frame it helps reduce flex but only in one direction, but on the Chase RSP 1.0 frame the tubes are oval in both directions in the main flex areas and these tubes help reduce flex in both main directions.

Chase RSP 1.0 Frames utilizes a distinctive and detailed graphics design that enhances the Chase BMX proprietary tubing which further improve the details and bring you not only the best riding, but also the looking frame in BMX.

Chase RSP 1.0 frames are offered in eleven different sizes:
10 different 20″ frames : Mini XL, Junior XL, Expert, Expert XL, Pro, Pro+, Pro XL, Pro XL+, Pro XXL, and Pro XXL+
2 options in 24″ frames: Pro or Pro XL Cruiser

The entire offering of Chase RSP 1.0 frames is available in two colors : Brilliant Black or Winning White and three Limited colors : Red, Blue or Polished.

TECHNOLOGIES

Hydroformed tubes have two main advantages. First, the narrow axis is a flatter surface, which means more surface area to carry the load, so it is stiffer & stronger across the minor axis. Secondly, the deeper axis is stiffer since the stiffness varies to the cube of the diameter, stronger to the square. When using an oval shaped tube on a typical BMX frame it helps reduce flex but only in one direction, but on the Chase frames, the tubes are oval in both directions in the main flex areas and these tubes help reduce flex in both main directions.

Born from some of the best alloys for building BMX race bikes, our special 7005-T6 SpeedLite alloy is the perfect blend for our Hydro-forming process, giving the Element frames the core strength needed to produce unmatched speed on the track, while keeping the overall weight of the frame down to a minimum.

While each rider is unique, Chase Bicycles has developed Bio Fit sizing for our frames to offer riders the ultimate size options for BMX racing. The sizing used for the Chase line has been carefully designed to give riders the optimum power output in the size range offered. Our commitment to details and offering many size options, gives you a custom fit BMX frame, that you can buy right at your local Chase BMX Dealer.

Chase Bicycles utilizes tapered tubing to offer you the most durable, yet light weight products, to help you achieve optimum results on the BMX race track. Our tapered items, use multiple thicknesses in the same tube, so the tube can be reinforced where needed with precision to help reduce stress areas where needed and lighten up the areas that don’t require extra materials. In aluminum the result are tube walls that eliminate stress points, boosting strength, reducing weight and improving fatigue life. The advantage is clear : Tapered tubes enhances strength and durability, at less weight.
