France has always been an electrifying location to race BMX, the fans have so much passion but for the 2022 BMX World Championships, they went all out, with the most exciting race fans at a truly incredible race venue in Nantes, France. Each time a French rider was on track, the crowd erupted and made it for a truly exciting week of racing.

Joris Daudet is no stranger to the World Stage with 2 past UCI Race World Championship titles and he was looking to add a 3rd in Nantes. As the qualifying events went off , Joris was looking on form on each lap, being an early favorite to win the title, but he would really have to go against some of the best riders in the world, whom all also just happened to be from France on this weekend leading up till the final.

As the race unfolded, Joris was looking to take the win, but a small misjudged gate start help him back slightly, but with his never give up attitude, Joris preserved and finished 3rd for the day. A great result and the top Frenchman in France truly made it a good weekend for Joris and Chase!

Joris will now focus the rest of the season on the USA BMX Pro Tour, looking to add a 5th Pro #1 Title.
